EQ Trainer

EQ Trainer is a plugin that uses a tried and true method for training your ear to decipher EQ changes. Put the plugin on a track in your DAW, listen to the change in EQ and identify which frequency was boosted or cut, and by how much. With 10-15 minutes a day, you can radically change your capabilities as a recording engineer, mix engineer, sound designer or composer. While some websites offer a similar service, EQ Trainer is a plugin, which means instead of training on corporate jingles, you can train on your mixes, on your recordings, your voice, your instruments. With time you will understand the frequency content in all of your go-to sounds better than ever, and be more capable of mixing them as a result.
